Why is it Important to Create Your Inner Sacred Space?

As we embark on our spiritual journeys, it is essential to be able to create a sanctuary for ourselves in which we are able to feel the energy from heaven and connect with our own light, free from any barriers. The modern world is not always conducive to spiritual practice because it is a whirlwind of activity. The buzzing of mobile phones, the rushing around from A to B, and the constant pressures that both we and society put on ourselves mean that we really need to step away from the things that are holding us back. By giving yourself the freedom to reflect, away from the structures on earth that may prevent you from opening up, you will be able to enjoy your spiritual experience more intensely.

Your home is your power place, your sacred space, your sanctuary. Every individual should be able to create an environment for meditation and spiritual practice. We are each drawn to different aspects and artefacts, but every sacred space will have certain elements in common. Firstly, your sacred space must promote feelings of stillness and calm to enable you to fully engage in what you are doing. Creating an opening to access new information can only be achieved if you are immersed in your immediate environment. By giving yourself the time, space and focus to be able to ask the questions you need, you will be able to access the answers to enable you to take the next steps on your journey. Our inner retreat allows us to open up in this way because it has been specially designed with this purpose in mind, untouched by our own emotions or the thoughts and opinions of others.

Our inner sacred space is created by us, for us. We are each drawn to certain artefacts or objects that help us to connect to the Divine. It is so interesting to watch my clients choose energy cards and lotus mandalas for their inner sacred spaces. Sometimes we cannot even say why a specific card captures our attention. My Starlight Center mandala, for example, is very personal to me. It shows the light of the Starlight Center in connection with the Starlight Lotus of Stonehenge. It has been designed to awaken resonances with the starlight worlds and their manifold blessings.

My Starlight Center yurt is where I feel most at home. It enables me to make contact with my own truth, my own true essence, and my own world, so that I am able to understand the purpose of my life’s work and shape the outer world accordingly. I have many years of experience as a spiritual teacher and healer, but it is worth noting that it takes time to create your own inner sacred space within your own energy system. Crystals, sacred mandalas and holy oils therefore assist us in creating this special place on earth.

By accessing your sacred space on a daily basis, you will be able to face the challenges of daily life more easily and understand your purpose here on earth to a much better extent. Finding meaning in what you are doing is so important to be able to find true happiness and fulfilment. We are able to leave our worries and insecurities at the door to give us the opportunity to be able to focus on our own holiness. In this way, every sacred space has an opening for the light to pour in from heaven. This helps us to form a connection with a higher sense of self so that we can take our place on earth.

My course, Create Your Inner Sacred Space, has been extremely popular. It is an extraordinary experience for those who attend it. A space is created by all of us, fully enabling expansion. We then fill it with our own light and soul qualities, so there is nothing else there except for our own divine light. As a result, you will be able to recognise who you are, what you are here for, and share your full soul potential and light qualities in a very natural way. It will be with you for the rest of your life, as you leave to go back out into the world. For me, there is something so very special and sacred that my clients take away from this unique course.

If you would like any assistance in creating your own inner sacred space to give yourself the opportunity for quality time, I would be more than happy to help.
