It is important to feel calm and clear the mind to be able to achieve a meditative state or be open to the spiritual healing experience. I have created my sacred space here at the Starlight Center to perform my life’s work. Light pours in from heaven to make it easy to connect with our own light and take our place on earth. I love my spiritual home in beautiful Salisbury – I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else!
My clients often ask me how to create their own inner sacred space, a special place for them to carry out their spiritual practice in comfort. I offer the course, ‘Create Your Inner Sacred Space’, to assist clients in their life journeys. In the past, we recognised the sacredness of higher beings like the Holy Spirit, Jesus, our spiritual teachers, or others, but we have now become aware of our own holiness.
We developed our skills as light beings, our ability to heal and share healing with others, as well as developing our understanding of love and light and sharing it with others. We are more and more aware that we are here for a reason. At the same time, we are experiencing a new opening for the information in our environment. This leads to an overflow of information hitting our system and producing some insecure emotions. We start to wonder about our mission on earth and our vision for the future.
The solution? The more we begin to open up, the more we need our inner retreat, a space that is untouched by our emotions and the information flow of our daily life. This is a place where we can dive in whenever insecurity knocks at our door. Here is where we experience nothing but being our true selves.
By creating our inner sacred space, we will be able to have all the answers we need on a daily basis. It gives us the opportunity to get in touch with our true essence, our truth, and our pure light, to shape our outer world accordingly.
