Saturday 24th June sees the next of our new Golden Starlight Bliss workshops that I will be running, and I could not be more excited to introduce you to my amazing Starlight Essences.

I have found that more and more individuals have recently become interested in exploring how my system of essences and sprays can assist them in their life journeys. It is always a pleasure to welcome new clients, as well as repeaters.
As our bodies and energy systems are going through so many changes on all levels at the same time, it can be challenging to navigate your own path without support. My Starlight Essences contain pure starlight to help bring clarity to this lifetime, so you can follow your heart and play your part in the creation of the new world.
Not a day goes by when I do not witness the ongoing effects of our lifestyles on our bodies, minds and souls. We continue to live with challenging circumstances as a result of Covid, Brexit, and the conflict in Ukraine, and with so much stress in the world, it is little wonder that we require support in integrating the increased golden light and new consciousness levels coming to earth.
During the Golden Starlight Bliss workshops, I will support you with the Starlight Essences from Level 1, plus my first core competence, Soma Flow. The Level 1 essences include the foundation products, Vital Light, Blue Drop and Spiritual Connection, as well as Support for Your Chakras (seven products), Support for Your Physical Body (three products), Support for Your Astral Body (two products), Support for Your Emotional Body (five products), Support for Your Mental Body (four products), and Support for Your Causal Body (seven products).
My workshop on 24th June from 1pm to 2pm (UK time) is all about the Physical and Astral Body, so we will be looking at Body Light, Devotion and Equilibre (Support for Your Physical Body), plus Astral Refuge and Silver Line (Support for Your Astral Body).
Body Light makes it easier for the cells of the physical body to receive and integrate the light. With the rising energy of the Age of Aquarius, the physical body is exposed to an enormous amount of light, so Body Light helps to experience lightness in the physical body. It therefore supports weak spots in the body, whether genetic or a consequence of disease, which have greater difficulty in absorbing this influx of light, stimulating a natural flow of energy and light in the body. It is supportive for any kind of energy healing, as it helps the body to take in the healing frequencies.
Devotion supports you to resolve any level of conflict that you experience with regard to willpower. These conflicts often manifest in the spinal column. Devotion essence dissolves limiting layers and frees up the energy flow through the spinal column, enhancing and strengthening it. The essence flows into each vertebra and brings light into your whole being. It supports your readiness to continue on your path, bringing your own will into alignment with the divine will. Devotion harmonises heaven and earth within your own body. It helps you realign yourself completely so that you can experience yourself as a mediator between heaven and earth, helping you to recognise and accept your own true greatness.
Equilibre supports the currents in the brain and restores balance. It therefore enhances the flow between the left and right hemisphere, helping you to integrate more light and supporting a free flow of thoughts.
Astral Refuge reconnects the physical body with the astral body, increasing your awareness of the latter and stimulating the flow of energy and communication between the two. In some shock situations, the astral body is catapulted out of the physical body, and some parts of the astral body may not come back in entirety or in the correct placement. Astral Refuge helps to bring these parts back and into alignment. It raises the energy level of the astral body, awakening the memory that you are an energetic being and therefore not limited by your physical form. Astral Refuge brings light into the astral body, it is supportive for astral journeys, and helps you to fully return to your physical body.
Silver Line brings healing, renewal and regeneration into your astral body. It fills in any gaps or cracks that have appeared, and creates a silver layer both in and around it. Silver Line awakens the memory of your own divinity. It helps you to tune into the higher frequencies of your spiritual teachers and the angelic realms when you visit training sites during your astral journeys at night, forming a protective membrane on the surface of the astral body so that nothing strange can invade during astral journeys.
Following this workshop, we will move on to the Emotional Body (7th July), Mental Body (4th August), and Causal Body (22nd September).
Each online special in July, August and September will take place from 2pm to 3pm (UK time), and I have kept the cost affordable at £150.
